The spot welding fume extraction system consists of the following parts:
Wall Connection Console:
Allows acrobat arm connection to wall, column or steel construction,
360 rotary flange:
It allows acrobat arm to rotate 360 degrees around its axis between acrobat arm and wall console.
Mechanical Arm and Hose:
Other than rotary flanges, the mechanism of angling from three joints is covered by anti-static flame retardant Strong-L polyurethane hose.
Suction Shroud:
It is made of light material and makes spot vacuum thanks to suction angles calculated by us. It is capable of rotating 360 degrees around its own axis. Volumetric air adjustment damper is available.
Acrobat Arm Aspirators:
Capacity is determined according to acrobat arm lengths and usage areas. (Aluminum cast body or skin casting are available options.)
